This class follows the same format as a regular 90-minute class at Tula but is practiced without dialogue or music for a deeper, more meditative experience. The instructor will practice with the class and will speak only to change postures. This is your chance to tap into your inner peace, find your center, and trust. Basic knowledge of the Tula Hot Yoga series is a requirement. For the full experience, please make sure you have attended a minimum of 10 traditional 90-minute hot classes at Tula Hot Yoga Denver prior to taking this class. The Silent Hot 90 class will be held at 5pm on the second Friday of every month.

There's so much energy flowing around us all the time! We can walk into a party, a business meeting, or a public marketplace and be surrounded by other people's emotions, fears, hopes, desires, family dynamics, biases, and more. But did you know that just because energy is active in the room, doesn't mean you have to automatically allow it into your personal space? This practical one hour class will teach you how to energetically 'own' every room you're in, how to increase awareness of other energies in the room, and how to create space for yourself while honoring and blessing others around you. We'll have time for teachin g, some practice, and a Q&A to follow. Expect to leave with increased awareness of your own energetic boundaries, some skills to deal with boundary breakers, and a good dose of amusement and fun. January 12 @ 2:00pm
