Hot Music 60 Donation Class

Join Jaclyn November 29th @ 10am to celebrate and show love toward our precious honeybees. Honeybees like Humans, cannot exist by themselves, they live in community with in their hive; and pollinate 40-70 % of fruits and vegetables.  Sadly, methods of conventional agriculture and commonly adopted beekeeping practices, (i.e. feeding high fructose corn syrup/sugar to bees, antibiotics, mite away acid strips, queen breeding, swarm suppression, and pesticide use) have led to the Bees’ decline in health, as well as a host of concerns on what these practices then do to the quality of honey we consume.

Please come join in support of happy healthy honeybee populations, and healthy honey, by coming to stretch and heal! All Donations will go to a farm very very dear to my heart, Spikenard Honeybee Sanctuary. (www.spikenardfarm.org) A 41-acre farm dedicated to serve the Honeybees. A farm that educates adults and children on holistic, healthy ways to restore vitality, and health in our honeybee populations world wide!

Rethink Mental Illness provides mental health services and is on a mission to change the way society views mental illness. ReThink recognizes that people affected by mental illness are at the heart of everything we do. For Liz, yoga and trail running provide the foundations for mental health. She believes these combined disciplines work together for present mindfulness. Rethink has given her an opportunity to run the London marathon as part of their charity organization. Your support secures her bib entry and goes 100% to the Rethink organization. Learn more about Rethink here . Liz appreciates how mental wellness is woven in to so many areas of our community. She has attended many events at the Johnson Center for depression, including workshops on suicide prevention. As a Girls on the Run coach for over 10 seasons, she has mentored middle school aged female girls to build self-confidence and manage anxiety through wellness coaching and running. She believes there are methods and lifestyle tools that can assist with mental struggles and would love to contribute towards the momentum of healthy change. Basic knowledge of the Tula Hot Yoga series is a requirement. For the full experience, please make sure you have attended a minimum of 10 traditional 90-minute hot classes at Tula Hot Yoga Denver prior to taking this class. There's so much energy flowing around us all the time! We can walk into a party, a business meeting, or a public marketplace and be surrounded by other people's emotions, fears, hopes, desires, family dynamics, biases, and more. But did you know that just because energy is active in the room, doesn't mean you have to automatically allow it into your personal space? This practical one hour class will teach you how to energetically 'own' every room you're in, how to increase awareness of other energies in the room, and how to create space for yourself while honoring and blessing others around you. We'll have time for teachin g, some practice, and a Q&A to follow. Expect to leave with increased awareness of your own energetic boundaries, some skills to deal with boundary breakers, and a good dose of amusement and fun. January 12 @ 2:00pm
